CAEVO ("we," "us") is an aging wellness and caregiving platform operated from Indianapolis, Indiana. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join our waitlist, whether on caevo.ai or through a form in an ad on platforms like Instagram or Facebook, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The plan you're interested in
- How you describe your situation (for example, planning for your own future or caring for a family member)
Our website does not use advertising trackers or sell-side analytics, and we do not collect health records or financial information through the waitlist.
How we use it
- To hold your place on the waitlist and notify you about early access and launch
- To send occasional updates about CAEVO; you can unsubscribe from any email with one click
- To understand, in aggregate, who CAEVO is serving so we build the right things first
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information
- We never share it with third parties for their marketing
- We never send spam
Where it lives
Waitlist information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, on infrastructure located in the United States. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. If you joined through a form inside Instagram or Facebook, Meta also processes that submission under its own privacy policy before delivering it to us.
Your choices and rights
Email us at [email protected] at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. We honor every request, and removal from the waitlist takes one email.
Children
CAEVO is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Meaningful changes will be announced to the waitlist by email.
